Block bookings

  • Block bookings can be purchased online or in person.
  • Classes can be purchased in blocks of 5, 10 and 20.
  • All classes must be booked in advance, after you have purchased your class credit.
  • If you forget to book into a class, and the class you wish to attend is busy, there may not be space in the class for you to attend.
  • Classes need to be USED within the specified time from PURCHASE date.  Classes cannot be carried over beyond this time. Please see below:
  • A block of 5 classes must be used within 6 weeks of purchase date.
  • A block of 10 classes must be used within 11 weeks of purchase date.
  • A block of 20 classes must be used within 12 weeks of purchase date.
  • Classes that are not used after these times will expire.
  • You may cancel classes, provided classes are used within the stated time limit.
  • If you make a mistake with your booking, a small administration charge may be taken from your refund. Please make sure you are certain of your booking before you book.
  • If you wish to cancel a class you must do so before 24 hours of the class starting or you will lose your class credit for that class.  Class credits cannot be transferred or refunded if you cannot attend the class that has been booked.
  • In the case of instructor sickness, the class will be covered or cancelled and every effort will be made to advise you of the change.
  • If class is cancelled and you were booked to attend a particular class, your credit will be reimbursed to your account.
  • Every participant will be asked to fill out a health screening form.

Drop Ins

  • Drop in classes cost £12.00 per person per class.  There is a drop in option in the ‘shop’ to pay online.
  • You may pay on the day, but please be aware that if you are dropping in to a busy class, there may not be enough space in the class and you may be turned away.
  • Priority for space in the class is always given to those who have pre paid and pre booked.
  • If you wish to cancel a class you must do so before 24 hours of the class starting or you will lose your class credit for that class.  Class credits cannot be transferred or refunded if you cannot attend the class that has been booked.
  • In the case of instructor sickness, the class will be covered or cancelled and every effort will be made to advise you of the change. If class is cancelled, no refund will be given if you showed up to attend a class.
  • Every participant will be asked to fill out a health screening form.
  • In some cases, depending on health issues, participants may be asked to provide a doctors note to prove they are safe to exercise.

Trigger Point Pilates Courses

  • Each Course will run for 6 or 7 weeks.
  • Drop ins will not be available due to the nature of the class.
  • Course places are non transferable (i.e. you may not swap between courses once booked) and non refundable (I am unable to refund a class if you are unable to attend).
  • Places are very limited. Please book early to secure your space.
  • Equipment will be needed in this class and I will provide as much as possible, however you will need to buy 2 x spiky balls and a 90cm long foam roller to participate in the course. Spiky balls can be purchased from me at £15 a pair
  • Discounts cannot be offered for courses that will only be partly attended

Personal 1-2-1 Coaching

If you wish to cancel a session you must do so before 24 hours of the session starting or you will lose that session. Sessions cannot be transferred or refunded if 24 hours notice have been not been given. 

Network Marketing/Multilevel Marketing

Multilevel marketing/Network marketing and the selling of any of these type of products is not permitted in my classes.
