Pilates is a form of exercise which builds your body’s core strength and posture through a series of stretching and conditioning exercises without building bulk. Focusing on awareness of the spine, proper breathing, core strength and flexibility, the outcome is a balanced body which is strong and supple, flat stomach and balanced legs and back. Excellent for injury rehabilitation and back pain.

The classes advertised on this page are mixed mat work strength and release classes using a variety of small equipment including balls, bands, prickly balls, the magic circle and your own bodyweight to help strengthen core, assist in correcting posture, ease stiffness and release fascia.

As well as focusing on breathwork, engaging the core/pelvic floor, we will be covering the main principles of Pilates plus much, much more!

All levels are catered for.

This course welcomes new participants and is also fantastic for improving your pilates practice.  You will be required to bring your own mat.
