A mixed mat work strength and release class using balls, bands, prickly balls and your own bodyweight to help strengthen core, assist in correcting posture, ease stiffness and release fascia.

Pilates is a form of exercise which builds your body’s core strength and posture through a series of stretching and conditioning exercises without building bulk. Focusing on awareness of the spine, proper breathing, core strength and flexibility, the outcome is a balanced body which is strong and supple, flat stomach and balanced legs and back. Excellent for injury rehabilitation and back pain.
All levels are catered for.
