Remember, sometimes “feel good” junk foods, only make you feel good temporarily. So, with that in mind why not try my ‘oh so simple’ “mood boosting feel good fruit salad” recipe. Who need’s junk when you’ve got natures own ‘sweeties!’
1-2 cups watermelon, cubed
1-2 cups cantaloupe melon, cubed
1-2 cups fresh blueberries
1-2 cups fresh blackberries
1-2 cups green grapes
Place all fruit in a large bowl and gently toss.
Serve & enjoy!
Tip: Substitute or add any ready-to-eat fruit, like chopped peaches, or raspberries.
